Here are answers to the most common questions about our quad and buggy tours. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, feel free to contact us!

Who is allowed to drive a quad or buggy? Do I need a driver’s license?

Anyone aged 16 or older who holds a valid AM (moped) or F (tractor) license is allowed to drive, although a B category license is preferred. We check licenses before every tour.

Are children allowed as passengers?

Quad passengers must be at least 10 years old. Buggy passengers must be at least 4 years old and 120 cm tall for the rear seat. Only individuals taller than 150 cm can sit in the front seat.

What is not allowed during the tour?

Intoxication (alcohol or other substances), open-toed footwear (sandals, flip-flops), and weapons or sharp objects (e.g. pocket knives) are not allowed.

What is included in the tour price?

The tour includes the vehicle (quad or buggy) with fuel, a guide, helmet, and a bottle of water.

What should I bring?

You must bring your driver’s license (if you’ll be driving), as well as comfortable clothing and shoes.

How should I dress?

Wear comfortable “outdoor” or sports clothing you don’t mind getting dirty. In summer, wear light clothes. In winter, wear warm clothes, jacket, and gloves. Always wear closed-toe shoes.

Is food included?

Food is not included in regular tours. Eat before the tour or bring snacks. For private “custom” tours, we can arrange a stop at a local restaurant (extra charge).

How long does the tour last?

Regular tours last about 2 hours (may vary depending on group pace). Custom tours can last longer.

What physical condition is required?

If you’re pregnant, injured, or have health conditions that may be affected by off-road driving, please consider carefully and assume full responsibility. We reserve the right to refuse participation to individuals under the influence, with health risks, or showing aggressive behavior.

When should I book a tour?

Book at least 2–3 days in advance, especially during summer. For custom tours or team building, book at least 7 days in advance.

What payment methods are available?

You can pay in cash or by card on site. For reservations, payment is made via bank transfer to the company’s account.

Can I purchase a tour as a gift?

Yes, you can buy a tour gift voucher. Upon your request and payment via bank transfer, we’ll email you the voucher after confirming payment.

Is a rental agreement signed before the tour?

Yes, on the day of the tour, you’ll sign a Rental Agreement. One copy stays with you.

Can I cancel a reservation?

  • If canceled more than 7 days in advance: full refund.
  • 2–7 days in advance: 75% refund.
  • Less than 48h or no-show: no refund.

What if the weather is bad?

In case of bad weather, we’ll reschedule or issue a refund, based on your preference.
